Nature of the service. Neowplay is a casual fantasy-style collectible card duel app built around fictional sports-themed stats across multiple games (such as cricket and football modes). It is entertainment only: there are no real-money purchases tied to match outcomes, no cash prizes based on results, and no way to exchange in-game coins or diamonds for money or anything with monetary value outside the app.

This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Neowplay mobile application for Android (package com.wiserdusk.neowplay). By using the app you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account identifiers. If you register or sign in with email/password or Google, Firebase Authentication may process your email address and display name as you provide them.
Gameplay and progress. Data such as unlocked cards, deck choices, match outcomes, XP/coins/diamonds balances, and preferences may be stored on your device (SharedPreferences or similar) and/or in Google Cloud (e.g. Firebase Firestore) when you are signed in, depending on app features enabled.
Advertising-related data. The app uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may use device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, and coarse device/usage data to show and measure ads (including optional rewarded ads). See Google’s policies and device settings to limit ad personalization where available.
Diagnostics. Crash or performance data may be collected by platform or third-party SDKs as part of normal app operation; disclose any additional analytics clearly if you add them in a future release.

3. How we use information

To provide sign-in, sync progress where enabled, and operate match and collection features.
To show optional ads and related measurement as permitted by Google policies.
To improve stability, security, and prevent abuse.
To respond to support requests and comply with law.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. security, product improvement), consent (e.g. certain ads or notifications), or other bases required by law.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information as a traditional “data broker” sale. We use service providers bound by contract, including:

Google — Firebase (Authentication, optionally Firestore), Google Sign-In, and Google Mobile Ads.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of users and the service.

6. Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to run the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of cloud-held account data subject to applicable law and technical limits (e.g. backups).

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards suitable for the nature of the service. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

8. Children

Neowplay is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children.

9. Account deletion & password recovery

You may permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. See Delete your Neowplay account for step-by-step information.

For email/password sign-in, use Forgot password? on the login screen to receive a reset link from Firebase. Google sign-in accounts rely on Google’s account recovery tools.

10. Regional rights

Depending where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, or to object/restrict processing. Contact us at the link above and we will respond as required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised policy unless otherwise required.
