Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click Sign In on the home page, choose Sign Up, and pick your path: Consumer (WiserFin — personal finance) or Business (Wiserlytics — operations intelligence). Merchants must select sector, industry, products, and revenue band — this sets your peer group for benchmarks and leaderboard. You can also guest-checkout Academy courses with name and email only.
What file formats can I upload for financial analysis?
WiserFin: bank PDFs, CSV exports, salary slips.
Wiserlytics: P&L, bank statements, ops sheets — PDF, CSV, TXT, Excel (.xlsx, .xls). AI extracts KPIs and builds dashboards automatically.
How do I open my dashboard after signup?
Choose a plan on the Pricing page. Mobile plans work on phone and mobile web views. Desktop plans unlock the full Wiserlytics workspace on wider screens plus Wiserlytics mobile dashboard. WiserFin opens from the home page or wiserfin.html after a consumer plan is active.

Understanding Our Tools

What is WiserFin?
WiserFin is for salaried consumers. Upload a bank statement, get auto-categorised spending, a personal timeline, and AI memory so insights stay relevant to your life — not generic tips.
What is Wiserlytics?
Wiserlytics is for business owners. Upload finance or ops data to see KPIs, cost leaks, revenue drivers, industry peer benchmarks, and AI suggestions — all scoped to the sector and industry you chose at signup.
What is the Leaderboard?
The leaderboard ranks your business against your peers only — same industry (narrow view) or same sector (broader view). Names are anonymised; there is no filter to browse other sectors. Rankings update from uploads and sector context.

What subscription plans are available?
Mobile Intelligence — credit packs for mobile-only uploads and leaderboard.
Desktop Intelligence — larger credit packs plus Wiserlytics workspace on desktop.
Decision Studio — coming soon.
Wiser Consultation — custom expert sessions via Contact. See live prices on Pricing. Billing is monthly or annual through Razorpay.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — cancel from Account or Subscription settings. Access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support within 30 days of a first-time subscription if you are unsatisfied. After that, refunds are reviewed case by case. Academy guest purchases follow the same support process.

Account & Security

How do I update my account information?
Sign in to your account and navigate to the Account page. You can update your profile information, billing address, and account settings from there. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across all your Wiserdusk services.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Data is sent over HTTPS. Uploads are processed to deliver AI insights; we do not sell your data. Leaderboard shows anonymised peer names only. See Privacy & Terms for full details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password?" link below the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. This feature is currently in development. For now, please contact our support team for assistance.

How can I contact support?
Use the Contact page, email support@wiserdusk.com, or chat with Dusk on the website. Download the Wiserdusk app for mobile uploads. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer training or consultation services?
Yes. Browse Experts for matched consultants in your sector, or ask about Wiser Consultation on the Pricing page. Academy offers courses, events, and community learning as well.
