How we handle your data and the rules for using Wiserdusk — effective July 2026
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to Wiserdusk websites, WiserFin, Wiserlytics, Wiserlytics Workspace, the Wiserdusk mobile app, Academy checkout, and related services. By signing up, uploading data, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Account: name, email, password (hashed), role (consumer or merchant), and profile fields you provide.
Business context (merchants): sector, industry, revenue band, products/services, company name, and GST where provided — used for peer benchmarks and leaderboard matching.
Consumer context: profession, industry, salary range, and personal bio for WiserFin memory.
Uploads: financial statements, bank PDFs, CSV/Excel ops sheets, and derived KPI JSON from AI extraction.
Usage: pages visited, device/browser type, IP address, subscription/credit usage, and payment references from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers).
To run AI extraction, dashboards, timelines, memory companion, peer benchmarks, leaderboard scoring, and recommendations tied to your profile.
To process subscriptions and Academy guest checkout, send service notices, and respond to support requests.
To improve accuracy and reliability of sector-aware models — always within your signup context for merchants (industry + sector + revenue band).
Leaderboard rankings compare you only to peers in your industry or sector — there is no browsing of unrelated sectors. Other users see anonymised aliases, not your company name or email. Your real identity is never shown on public leaderboards.
Uploads may be processed by AI providers to extract KPIs and generate insights. Outputs are guidance only — not audit, tax, medical, or legal advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional. AI can make mistakes.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL) and industry-standard safeguards for stored data. You may request access, correction, or deletion via the contact page. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for billing, legal, or fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), infrastructure and AI service providers under contract, or when required by law. Matched Experts receive only what you choose to share when booking a consultation.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics when enabled). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work correctly without them.
You may access, update, or delete profile data from Account settings where available, or contact us for help. You may cancel subscriptions from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You must provide accurate signup information, keep credentials secure, and upload only data you have the right to use. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse leaderboard or AI endpoints. Misuse may result in suspension.
Wiserdusk provides WiserFin (personal finance), Wiserlytics (business intelligence), sector leaderboards, Academy courses, expert matching, and optional consultation. Features vary by Mobile vs Desktop credit plans. Decision Studio and some enterprise features may be marked coming soon.
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Credits are consumed per upload and AI report. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled per our support policy — contact us within 30 days of a first-time subscription if unsatisfied.
Academy and selected products support guest checkout (name + email) without a full account where shown at checkout.
Wiserdusk software, branding, dashboards, and Academy content are owned by Wiserdusk or its licensors. You retain ownership of files you upload; you grant us a licence to process them to deliver the service.
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made from AI output or benchmark comparisons. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
